Yes, all our meals are 100% halal certified. We ensure that this is maintained throughout the preparation of the meals by keeping our work environment at the halal standard also.
We create our fresh and delicious meals twice a week and do not add any preservatives.
No, we have many options that don’t require heating and are best served cold! For our hot meals, they only require 1.5-3 minutes in the microwave to bring them to the perfect temperature. Simply remove the lid off the container or transfer the food to a plate, pop it into the microwave and then they’re ready to eat!
Pick-up time are Monday 7am-4pm and Thursday 7am-4pm. Deliveries are made weekly on Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening. To find out whether you are eligible for delivery, simply use the tool located within the Meal Plans page.
Our meals are designed to help you achieve your personal goals. You are able to customize the amount of meals, as well as the meal contents to suit your desires. Consumers on our 12 and 18 meal programs (200g and 400g) who lead an active lifestyle have been seen to lose a considerable amount of weight.
Others who opted for our larger portions and more frequent meals, in conjunction with a heavy resistance weight training program have been seen to gain muscle and lose body fat simultaneously.

No, you’re free to order your meals on a weekly basis for as long as you choose to!
No, unfortunately we don’t start meal plans mid-week. If you order on or before Saturday by 9pm, you will receive your first batch of meals on Sunday. Any orders placed after Saturday will go into the next week’s batch and you will receive your first order on the following Sunday.
We make and deliver your Fresh Stop Meals twice a week. You will receive half of your order each delivery/pick up. This ensures that the freshness of your meals is maintained and means that there is no freezing involved!
Our meal plans are based on a set menu at this stage. However, if you prefer to avoid a certain ingredient or meal, you can just write your requests in the “Additional Comments” section of the CHECKOUT page. We always take your notes on board and will replace the ingredient or meals with another delicious option of similar nutritional value.
